Contents |
A man shoots his estranged wife, then takes a hostage outside an office building. The SRU team responds, but their efforts at communication are hampered because no one knows what language the man is speaking.
The first episode also introduces some specific words and terms that will be used by the characters on a recurring basis in subsequent episodes. For example:
- "To have a solution" means that a sniper has clear view and is ready to hit the target (pull the trigger). Most of the time, it means that the sniper is ready to shoot a main suspect who is putting innocent lives in danger. The sniper must not pull the trigger until the SRU team leader gives the order/authorization.
- "Scorpio" is the authorization given by the SRU team leader to the sniper to proceed and hit the target.
